Flood Coverage

I like to write about things that most folks do not think about, one is floods.  I here, I am not in a flood zone, so I do not need flood insurance. What is considered a flood. Water entering your home or building from outside the structure. The most common issue I have encountered is water backing up in the basement windows and leaking in. This is considered a flood.
